Jarome Iginla and the Bruins beat the Canadiens 4-2 on Saturday for a 3-2 series lead. In Los Angeles, the John Gibson shut out the Kings and helped the Ducks pull even in their series
Boston Bruins goaltender is many things. He's a Vezina Trophy nominee this season, and probably one of the best goalies in the world right now. He's also has the shortest temper of any goalie in the NHL.
If Montreal Canadiens forward Tomas Plekanec had remembered that he would've known to give Rask's crease a wide berth. After all, we're talking about a goalie who has a long history of abusing sticks and team benches without any regard for his own safety.
So when Plekanec barreled into him in Game 4, Rask predictably punched him in the face.
